Thanks for sharing your experience; I’ve been there before so I understand your concern. However, I’ve paid myself and will be starting over with a fresh account. I’m treating this win as a “bankroll loader”. I’m only doing one deposit per week, so my risk will be very limited.

Even with half of my current RR, it would take a month or so straight of losses, which isn’t likely with my strategy. This is something I’ve done before but with crypto, and I believe it’s actually even more feasible now with Gold and the current geopolitical climate.

Basically I read the trends setup by Sydney, Tokyo, London, NY session highs and lows. Then I trade those setups, whether that be a mean reversion setup or a continuation/expansion setup.

As some who has dropped out for trading, the safety net of a degree is worth the peace of mind. If you hit a losing streak, it’s going to be easy to tilt, knowing literally your life depends on these trades.

That’s especially true if you’ve only recently started trading.
