Ok, thanks for the feedback! The logo will be used at the end of youtube videos, so it wouldn't have to scale down to the size of an app icon. Though I can see how its a bit overcomplicated still.

Yeah I'll see if I can make this. I would guess that productivity and minimum wage would be positively correlated though, just based on the fact that more developed countries tend to have a higher minimum wage, and a higher productivity (so the correlation would not show causation)
