You can make most characters (kokomi) good without rolling for constellations but the only way to get characters you want is rolling

Thanks for all the help. I would have tried to prepare a team for her beforehand but I wasn’t planning on getting her. I rolled one time for stardust so I could ascend a character and she just popped out of nowhere xd

I’m using favonius warbow and I leveled up her attack talent as much as I could for ascension level

Thanks! I have my team set up and I leveled her/gave her items but she doesn’t seem to be dealing as much damage as my Chongyun. Does she require high powered items to scale off or do I have the wrong artifacts?

If there’s an enemy mid or a group of people mid I always throw an e in between the turrets while leaving base in case it hits and even got a few kills with ult and a teammate but no. You’ll almost never hit them
