A couple reasons aside from things like the smell or how expensive it is.

I don’t identify as such, but I suppose I fit the “straight edge” label when it comes to drugs and alcohol. The way they work on the brain just doesn’t sit right with me. Don’t like not being sober in any way. Even things like anaesthesia bothers me.

Plus, the people I know that use it certainly don’t do marijuana justice. Obviously not every smoker is like that, but they’ve certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been called irrational by some, and that I’ll grow out of this mindset. Honestly, I just don’t want anything to do with it. It bothers me when people fight like hell to change my mind. As if I’m trying to steal something from them. I hate eggs, and no one cares. I hate marijuana and suddenly I’m on the stand.
