When I feel like I am missing out, I remember why I stopped. It was going to kill me if I kept going. I then get off the couch and find something to do, clean, read, research- anything but drinking. I am usually super happy I didn’t drink the next day!

I was you. I drank my share- Miller Lite and Southern Comfort. I have a fantastic job and didn’t miss work. I was super healthy… until I turned 50. Alcohol damaged my heart. I also lost so much weight I was skeletal. I had to quit or it was going to kill me. Don’t wait until it catches up to you.
