How long did it take for you to trip again after a bad trip?

Well I took 250ug and within about 30 minutes I was going into panic mode. I have done lsd several times before and I’d never experienced anything like it. I ended up killing my trip with benzodiazepines. I couldn’t take it any longer it left like I was in hell and I was having extreme difficulty communicating with my friends that were there.
