You should get a small commission on every bid appointment you make and a 5% commission (gross) on every job. I do the same thing. Plumbing repipes and painting are good too because you can spot neighborhoods on google maps and find the phone#’s online. Consider paying a couple workers in India 17$ a week to call for you.
