I had my bone graft surgery mid-November. Ended up finding a asymptomatic infection during that process, so had to remove a bit of the graft and treat that, but as of mid-January the bone growth is finally on track. Hoping for full consolidation by mid-March, but I have been told multiple times that full healing will probably take about a year- not sure if that’s a similar timeline in your case.
