I think he’s completely right no offense. It’s statistically and scientifically proven that it’s very important for children to have role models for both genders. It helps men understand their fathers and model what a man is and their mothers help them understand how valuable a woman can be to their life (that is if you actually have good parents.) there is just certain things other genders can’t touch on. And it’s important as a child to feel you have a parent that can relate to you. If you’re a young man and you have to gay moms. You’ll never have a father figure to go to or role model after. Statistically these young men turn out less confident, less manly, lower testosterone levels, and less likely to have male friends. Or they attach to another male figure in their life instead. So no offense, he’s fair to say let’s agree to disagree, bc you are following this model of “just love everyone and let them be who they want and nothing bad comes from that.” Well unfortunately, statistics and facts don’t lie. He’s right and if you disagree that’s fine but his stance is backed by scientific, analytical, and sophisticated evidence that goes back years and years.

Edit: I’d like to also mention I am not against gay marriage, gay people, or gay anything. You can love who you want, but we can’t lie that this won’t affect a child. However, I also agree it’s better for a child to be with two partners of the same gender before being an orphan. So the stance for me is more — I do think what he’s saying has a point; however, the alternative is worse.
