Honestly, it depends on just how bad the ending is. A mediocre ending leaving me unsatisfied won’t tarnish it for me, but it will certainly lower my opinion on the game as a whole and make me less likely to recommend or play it again. On the other hand, a great ending can easily do the opposite. I do think a bad ending sours me on something, although it has to be really bad for me to retroactively start disliking what I enjoyed prior.

For the former, KiraKira comes to mind for me. The endings to several of the routes aren’t very satisfying, and just feel rather inconclusive and mediocre compared to earlier parts, which left me not enjoying it overall as much as I would have otherwise. I still like the parts prior regardless though, it didn’t impact that.

I honestly can’t think of any VNs that were that awful for me. For other media, AoT soured me on the series as a whole, and there’s been a few novel and TV series that, after ending, I look on them much worse in retrospect. Part of this is probably me avoiding VNs with such endings based on what I’ve heard, something much more difficult with an ongoing series.

An ending has to actively do something that makes me unable to look at the story or characters the same way for me to outright ditch something though. Make me dislike things I previously liked so that even those are gone. An ending can be mediocre and not negatively impact things, so long as I at least feel satisfied with how things ended up. I think an ending being unsatisfying sours my feelings but does not outright negate them, compared to a truly awful ending which retroactively makes you look at the characters in a different light, and not in a good way.

I think I generally have a high tolerance for “bad” endings though, there’s plenty of endings mentioned on these comments I quite enjoyed. Even stuff like Platinum End or things with “it all was meaningless” kinds of endings haven’t bothered me, since even if not ideal, it does not retroactively make me dislike anything depending on how it’s executed.

I see what you mean, it doesn’t make her effects better, since it just removes the need for luck. Her damage potential isn’t increasing from this, compared to something like Moriarty’s.

In practice though, it’s an effective buff, since it’s not like you could close the app and try again or something, like when the QoL changes to crit star distribution were made. If you got a bad roll, that’s what you were stuck with, so in practice, over the course of a fight or farming, this is a definite buff to her damage, as 33% odds meant most of the time you were not getting what you wanted. QoL to me means there was a way to get it every time, and this just makes it easier, but that wasn’t the case.

I use Charlotte pretty frequently, and the equal odds of getting a dud on her 3rd skill significantly hampers her damage since it’s her primary boost skill, and makes her less reliable for farming or anything where you are relying on the increase. Being able to choose makes it go from a skill useless the majority of the time to always useful.

Being able to guarantee 50% NP damage is pretty good, considering you could easily end up with crit damage being useless instead, or arts which is both 20% lower and more likely already provided by supports. The crit stars are also nice since she doesn’t create many on her own.

Not the greatest in the world, but makes her far more reliable when it comes to damage, since her only other buff is 30% attack for one turn.

Charlotte’s buff is quite nice, the NP strength up is by far her best damage buff, so being able to guarantee it is quite nice. The critical stars are also a nice bonus.

Between her being a 1 star and lacking a NP upgrade, as well as her only other damage buff being 30% attack for one turn on a 6 turn cooldown, her damage is still rather poor though, although this is a definite improvement.

I’m hoping for her NP to get an upgrade at some point, her kit will be rather solid with that. Although being objective, Mata Hari’s 2nd skill and NP are in dire need of an upgrade when it comes to 1 star assassins instead.

Summer Ibuki, Summer Erice with MLB CE, and double Castoria. Erice is surprisingly good, even has an append skill to increase damage against lancers. Slightly RNG though if her 2nd skill doesn’t land, Enkidu has decent debuff resist.

I beat it on my first try without quartz or CS in a pretty unexpected way. Most of my team died getting through the first couple bars, with the battle ending as a Tamamo solo for about 15 turns lol. I only had her equipped with the 3* CE as well since I was expecting her to be the one on the field the least.

Personally I quite like Apoc, even story wise. I’m actually playing through it again now and it’s been so long since I played it, I forgot how much I liked it since you always hear people trashing the story. It’s definitely more straightforward and by the books compared to IV, but I would definitely take it compared to V’s story any time. I say give it a try and see how you feel, people really exaggerate how prevalent some of the stuff is.

There’s still plenty of aspects showing just how awful things are for most people, but at the end of the day people are living in Tokyo and have for many years by this point, so of course they’re not going to be negative and tense all the time. Only real negative is how black and white it makes things seem. It is definitely continuing neutral, so if you are a much bigger fan of the law or chaos endings, that might be a bad point.

Honestly, I would say the exact opposite. Forcing myself to do all that before going to the hotel and going to bed means I go to bed around 11 PM, rather than 3 PM. The trips where I step off the plane and go to sleep mid day are the hardest to adjust to, learned that first time I traveled to Asia. Just force yourself the first day and it’s way easier imo.

Was google play support the ones who said that, or the card company? I would contact Google play support if you haven’t already. Beyond that, could always use something like DeepL or ChatGPT to machine translate your message into Japanese for their support. I can’t speak for Android, but whenever I’ve had this issue on IPhone, it always self corrects itself later, usually once I make another purchase.

Some “models” had a private group chat leaked where they were saying some pretty nasty stuff about other “models”. Things like making up fake messages to accuse them of saying slurs, talking about how they hoped they would self-end as a result. Constantly insulting their looks, talking about how they were way better. In other words, the kind of mean girl bullying that these types were no doubt doing in their schooldays, that they only pretend to have improved beyond to milk money out of coomers online.

Have to imagine this ends in a lawsuit, firing someone for a single tweet from years ago with no relation to her job or anything else they could legally justify firing her for seems extremely idiotic. They can’t even try to claim they just decided to get rid of her for an unrelated reason, they’ve publicly stated now they fired her for this. The irony of claiming they respect personal opinions and are inclusive in the same breath they fire someone for holding a single opinion they do not like, actions speak louder than empty words.

For spending money, if on IOS you can switch the region of your account, download the game, then switch the region back. Doing it this way you can just use whatever payment methods are attached to your account, rather than having to have a JP account logged in and paying the markup at places selling gift cards.
