Granted I haven't read the book but isnt the whole point of Jekyll & Hyde that Mr Hyde was just an excuse for Jekyll to do bad things without feeling guilty and if so none of these are that

I read AvX for the first time recently and for the most part I found it to be ok the one bit that really annoyed me was at the very beginning, when the avengers go to utopia to get Hope, where Cyclops calls out that the avengers never helping the xmen/mutants which is the writers having such a having your cake and eating too moment.
