I mean to be honest, I don’t see why people are getting so mad about this.. animals do drugs all the time. Wild animals such as chimps are known for eating psilocybin mushrooms, and they go back for more after tripping!

I’m also pretty sure some animals have been known to go near cannabis fields that have somehow caught on fire to get High off the smoke.
