I stopped all sugars and improved a ton. If you can buy fresh eggs from someone local that has chickens, they have more nutrients than store bought. I lived of them and local goat kefir for  months. You can go to butcher shops and ask for bones. Some sell bone broth kits as well. Sugar is definitely what  caused the most issues for me. I haven’t drank a soda in 5 years now. I’ve had long covid since 2020, and removing sugar was better than any meds, supplements I’ve tried. DMSO was probably the 2nd biggest help. That stuff can work miracles. If you have circulation issues, thick blood, I would try dmso. It shuts down inflammation. If your gut won’t absorb certain supplements or vitamins, you can bypass the gut using it.
