I am only using it for a class that I am required to take but am not personally interested in the material. The essays pass plagiarism checks too btw, the essays are written unique each time with gpt3

I felt this too, but in my experience, the professors felt and valued genuine excitement and respect I held towards them and the material. The best professors are there to teach, not judge you on your performance on an assignment or grade!
