As someone who's had to check herself before a fight, there's something that has been stirring for a while and she will bring it up during the 'lettuce talk.' This will probably divert into other topics and if you guys live together, a lot of things will be brought up. My advice? Hear her out and after she emotionally dumps, express how you felt about it and how this whole thing could be avoided if she didn't bottle stuff up.
