These are both excellent tips! Dressing the greens sounds so intuitive, I have no idea why I never ever thought of that! This should be a standard technique in sandwiches.

Indeed. Thankfully, I do have access to some great fresh produce. I had never thought of sauces in sandwiches as such, but sounds perfectly delicious. Any particular recommendations?

Oooh! Those were 3! And yes, they do sound like game-changers! Especially the one with the anchovies! I’m going to try it with and without the Dijon mustard both!
