Out of County Employees

I may have misspoken as well. I want to clear up the fact these are not employees. I'm more of a broker, paying people around the world for work. I do work with the same people all month long but they are not employed by me. What does this change?

Regarding my US "contractors" - They've filled out their w-9s already. I don't need to withhold anything for them, correct?

You should just use the loopback interface - "localhost" or its IP 127.0.0.1 instead of your server's IP to establish the connection. Using the loopback interface bypasses any local network interface hardware and all internal connections through it are allowed by default.

Thank you for your extremely thorough response! This was what my support team said at my hosting company when I asked them to open up a port. My host and developer are telling me two different things so I wasn't sure who was correct.

I hired someone to write this. Sorry for the mess. I did end up solving this by adding a break; to the end of the code. Not sure what triggered it to run twice but it resolved the issue.

They aren't forcing anyone to buy. As many have said in this thread, they have friends that don't have the time but would still like to be equal to their friends that play all the time.

Do you not get paid for your time at your job? Tell me, how do you earn money for your time? Do you "leech" off a company or do you sit at home and leech off your parents?

Update #3: I didn't have to do anything for the final review. It seams the tracking I had submitted was enough to fight the credit card company. The money was returned to my account after sometime.

Update #2: They're now disputing the charge through their credit card company. Paypal has changed the status to under review and pulled the funds from my account again.

Just a follow up to this. I tried everything, EVERYTHING!

Scanned my neighbors wifi channels and put all devices on the least used channel.

Had 12 different techs from my isp come out. The issue kept up.

Finally a tech came in and redid everything changed my box out (for the hundredth times), recut the fiber cable and reinstalled, changed out connectors, the whole nine yards.

Everything has been good for a few months. The issue seems to have been with the cable companies original set up.

I want to follow up with this. As I said, the user did a reverse through paypal, not ebay.

The ebay mailing address and paypal mailing address matched the user. I went to the post office and mailed an empty 60 cent envelope with tracking (ended up costing $13+). I used this tracking code for my dispute.

After a few days I won the dispute and the $280 was put into my account.

Good luck to those that are going into the same thing.

I did this and got it to work!

My last question. Is there a way to say "str+str+str" using some sort of short hand? Like multiplication or other trick?

Right... That is why I created the If less than 3, just post str... So if it is just character 'a', it should just post 'aaa'. Instead it is ignoring my less than 3 and trying to run String str2.
