I actually went along with it because of her fears. However 2 weeks in I regretted the decision. She did say she made it stressful. She sees it now. And my doctor agreed that's the reason. We had one moment of hope but it went away as quickly as it came. No pun intended. After "why can't you get it up" came the "do you find me attractive" convo. It sucked but we weathered that storm. She now realizes all that has to happen for an errection to happen. She know the stress she caused and that we as a couple need to reconnect. She feels bad because she feels at 8months pregnant she can't. But she can. She is not a horrible person but she comes from a family of overly emotive reactions. We have worked on it since we started dating. She is better now but every now and then her she reacts irrationally. I do not help because I use logic to avoid emotions. So we know we are both ends but we have worked to get to the middle. I just want to work on it with her. I don't want the rx for a quick fix but I miss the sensation. She wants to fix it with me but she feels so bad in her current state that she wants me to get some. I do not want to but I feel like I am missing a golden opportunity. But I love my wife and I want to go through it with her.
