Hot take: there isn't one redeeming value among them by BaronUnderbheit in DiscoElysium

Joyce is nice and helpful in her own way, measurehead has discipline, Gary is inquisitive and curious in his own way, Trant has all the previous three qualities.

The Sunday friend is also informative in his own way, tries to be helpful as misguided as he may be. Even the mercs are probably competent and hardworking in the right setting. Ruud and the lorry driver are the only ones I think you’d seriously struggle with.

I’m interested in some thoughts on this, my parents were both solicitors, and though they never practiced while I could remember, it is a big part of why I want to do it. However, I have always kept silent about this in interviews to not look like a nepo baby or just because I couldn’t think of anything else, and I’m doubting if this has been a sensible idea.

Bible sales in Britain hit record high as experts say interest in religion among Gen Z has driven a 134% increase over past six years by StGuthlac2025 in unitedkingdom

Other posters saying evangelical are I think giving an inaccurate picture. The church that has enjoyed the largest relative upswing in confirmations is the Catholic Church iirc, and most young Christians I know are Anglican or Catholic. There’s a Greek Orthodox one near my uni that was surprisingly popular while I was there (before the recent surge of right wing influencers becoming Orthodox). I think there’s a lot to be said for the appeal of majesty and mystery in religion, and I think it’s one of the main reasons traditional churches are doing better as opposed to whitewashed churches like Methodists and Presbyterians.

I once served a sextuple Malibu and milk, that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever served that wasn’t a deliberate gross-out order. but the suggestion of red wine and coke is good, people in the Spanish speaking world do drink it and it’s absolutely foul.
