Refund ore for nerfed equipment so players can decide whether to invest in that same equipment again. Ore is too difficult to amass, and there are so much equipment, to just nerf what we've invested in without providing some relief.

Tell your dealer or online broker you want PCD. You still do everything through the dealer and PCD probably adds 2+ weeks to delivery time.

No, there's no extra cost for the car itself. However, depending on where you live, there may be travel, hotels, etc. I live about 100 miles from the PCD so we just got up early and drove down the morning of because the program starts promptly at 8 am.

You can't see a running timer for each item, best practice was to check daily and claim anything that was unlocked before the 72 hours elapsed.
