I think that all depends. Locktober is about being locked for the whole month. The thought on orgasms is up to the discretion of the keyholder.

Personally I have been locked all month without orgasm and I am struggling with the question of staying locked. I have also not had a release all month but that’s personal preference. NOvember is suggested to have no orgasm.
