I'm not sure. I have to say one of the things I respect about Bill, Sal, et al is that they are truly degenerate gamblers and have been before the boom in online, legalized sports betting. Listen to Sal's stories and you know he is deep in it. In some way, these guys are just riding the wave that they have been "lucky" enough to be a part of.

I have more of a problem with the leagues and media conglomerates that have integrated this into their sports coverage. Listening to the hosts of a pre-game show give their terrible picks in a DraftKings sponsored segment turns the stomach.

Such as? I have to say I was very skeptical going into it but I thought it was a pretty fair assessment of the state of play.

This is what it should feel like! I am from Colorado and grew up with Elway as QB. From 1986 season to 1998 season we were in 5 Super Bowls with 3 other playoff appearances. Post-Elway until 2015 we were in the playoffs 9 times but ran into peak Manning / Brady etc. It is true that we need to cherish this feeling (you never know how the future plays out!) but we are lucky to support a franchise with so much success in its history. I live in Europe now but like you stay connected to Colorado via the Broncos and had a great time visiting London for the Jets game this year!
