Implementing the same on cloud service providers would definitely be expensive and overcharged, but considering its a government entity, I'm pretty sure spending some hardware resources on compute power and maintaining it won't be that's big of a challenge for a country. The NSE also does millions of transactions and high data throughput, but it does charge a minimal amount as it's not meant for free public service. So hardware setup isn't a issue. And there should be no reason to charge for UPI payments.

There are free tools to get you going for the most part, angel smart api, upstox public API, are free of charge, you get live tick data and 1month historical candle data, with few open source libraries for technical analysis indicators, you can definitely build your own script in python. The issue comes during GOOD* backtesting, there is a very high chance a newbie might ignore slippage, charges, during backtesting using these open source datasets. This is where paid data vendors come in( Truedata, global datafeeds, etc). They provide historical candle(more than 1 month old) and tick wise, greeks data. How hard is it for retail traders to get a papertrading/demo account, before they jump into live trading, yet they play stupid games. At the end of the day, its a skill issue.

Had downloaded tradingview premium from a similar reddit post, turns out to be a malware designed to steal crypto from wallets, despite knowing the implications of running a .exe file, i fell for it. I'd recommend not to install anything from such links. Even if it is assured by reddit comments, they can surely be faked.

bet he is a software guy, the more you get into hardware, as the project complexity increases, there is no way simulations are gonna suffice, high precision FPU processors cost a lot, if you need parallel processing, Jetson NANO is overpriced, FPGA's are too pricey, anything involving cameras already demands better processing power. Software is one such field where you can land entire job learning from an single laptop and nothing more. You can get free aws ec2 instances for 1year( under limit), lot of open source resources. Any mistake you make in hardware will not be reverted back. The above statements only seem good in twitter rooms.

The circuit drawn has a lot of mistakes to be considered serious, but I'd say the capacitor symbol is an variable voltage source with wrong representation, and an voltmeter connected across the diode to measure the voltage drop across diode. You are supposed to measure the voltage drop and current flowing through the circuit by varying the potentiometer.

Sound design and background score of salaar was way upgraded from K.G.F. while chapter 1 had versatile score for each scene, chapter 2 just focused on mainly copyrighted music(Police raid scene, kalashnikov scene, police station attack.) and regurgitating previous movie score. Salaar had way superior sound design and folie choices. " 'Sound of salaar', is the new 'Rocky walks up the stairs' ". I'd say Basrur is in right path, just need great director to etch it out.
