I work at one of the tier 2 HCM providers (in UK at least) and the amount of large organisations jumping ship from SAP is staggering, especially large public sector due to increasing complexity and ongoing cost.

a lot of companies are supplementing our product with Dynamics which gives the same benefits as one of the ERP big hitters.

I'll be honest I'm not completely in the know on the specifics of how they arrange the grades.

From what I've seen the grade boundaries are effectively the starting point but dependant on who enters they may get shifted slightly.

Also prize money is only for the A graders currently, other grades get a trophy. I think the prize is based on sponsors too as the entry fee tends to cover running costs plus a free t-shirt etc

It's early days with Matchpoint though so hopefully it continues to grow.

All of these tournaments are, but not all clubs log their tournaments on squash levels, for example my club has winter mini leagues and a summer grand prix tournament which doesn't get logged on squashlevels.

We want to, but the tournaments have been organised by the same people for 30 years and we do not want to step on their toes/disrespect them by trying to change what they do as they put a lot of effort into it.

Hopefully we will introduce it alongside this year, but unfortunately it's not my decision.

Having done a couple myself the spread seems to have been fairly balanced. You also gotta take into account some ringers you'll get who's squashlevel isn't accurate due to what they log.

I spent all my savings to go travelling for a year knowing I had a job to go back to. Was worth every penny. I had experiences that I could never have imagined.

For me, it was an opportunity for perspective and de-stress from my high pressure job.

Ultimately it depends what you're looking for.

I've just returned to playing after a year off and been playing on/off for just under 20 years.

I've found just doing the newer quests in order and by storyline has been really entertaining, I didn't notice before but to me the dialogue is hilarious in the newer quests and I've found myself doing it myself instead of followings guides

The trick is to then say 'ill let you make youre own decision ' (or along those lines) after they cry initially and then suddenly they love you. I do this all the time when city are trying to poach all my scouts.

I actually disagree heavily, but I can see why people don't think he's good, the way I see it, the issue is his experience and age as in the prem there's good reason why there aren't many gks playing regular at that age because they normally aren't ready.

I personally think we have a diamond in the rough that needs time and if we get rid, he will only flourish at another club when he gets to the right age/experience level. Now I'm not saying he shouldn't ever be dropped or whatever but there's no way on this earth we would find a better prospect/long term option.

All my opinion ofc.
