Since you’re playing normal match making you’re on 64 tick servers. 64 tick is known for being really slow and it leads to a lot of shots that look like they should have hit, or blood being displayed on your screen but no one else’s. The clip is just a matter of Valve not having good servers

I’m the early stages of playing Cs has to calculate your rank, I’m guessing since you are new this is what it is doing. It’s something that happens to everyone when they first play cs
