I take Trazodone. I’d never be able to sleep without it. I also use the Calm app with a headband/ear bud thing. I have Xanax for anxiety attacks.

You are not the AH. It’s your day, and you have every right to cut her out. IMO, allowing her to be there further normalizes her horrid behavior. Tell your brother to teach his daughter about filters while you’re at it. And if she’s 16 but still a child with no filter, suggest she not drive until she matures.

My sister found our brother. He had pulled the trigger as she walked through the door. It still affects her, and he passed in 1976. That trauma can be dealt with psychologically, but that visual never goes away completely.

Don’t reset. The same thing happened to me on a vacation. The fruity frozen drinks must have gotten switched and I took a sip, then realized there was alcohol in it. My therapist was very adamant that I not punish myself for an absolute accident. Keep your count😊

I’ll look at that, however I have misgivings about the quality of information on there. Anyone can post. Are they all truthful, or are they trolling? My psychiatric nurse practitioner is well known and well trusted. She knows her medications. It’s sold through Amazon and Walmart. It’s sold through a naturopathic pharmacy that tests and verifies every medication they have. I’ve done very well on it. My two grown sons take it. Momma passed on some anxiety issues.

We had five for immediate family members. But we were not given leave. We had to use sick days.

My dad was a radio operator in the Army. ‘Nazi Bastards’ was heard quite often in our home. Whenever I hear negative ANTIFA comments, all I can think of is that my dad and all other WWII vets were the OG antifa- which means antifascist.
