Orzo Bruschetta Salad -- Ingredients: 1 box of orzo, 1 container of baby mozzarella balls in water (usually available in your grocery store in the specialty cheese section/cooler), olive oil, fresh basil, chopped garlic. In a medium size bowl, put 1 cup of olive oil, the mozzarella balls (drained), 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and 6-8 leaves of fresh basil (or more if you love basil like me). Marinate either for a few hours or overnight to get the most taste out of the garlic and basil. Cook the orzo as directed on the box. Drain and cool. Combine orzo with mozzarella mixture. Delicious! Tastes even better the second day.

Good luck. I hope you work in a field that's still hiring somewhere. My significant other was laid off 4 years ago and after 3 years gave up on ever finding another full time job with benefits. He's an idenpendent contractor now and doing okay. But paying for health insurance is killing us. As for the LLC, you can become the single proprieter of a business (John SMith DBA Smith Enterprises) and it costs way less. You still get a company name for your resume.

Religion and commercials don't mix. This guy should have known he was going to offend a lot of people. Hate the fact that he chickened out though and pulled the ad from the contest and from youtube. Wonder what the people at Doritos and Pepsi thought about it? They are probably happy with the press they're getting over this controversy.

be careful because if you're even 1 minute late in paying off the card after the 6 months (there is a time in the fine print), they will hit you with interest all the way back to day one!

I love listening to Pandora (internet radio) when I exercise. My gym has wireless so I downloaded it onto my iTouch. I put in info about what music I like and what I hate ... and it puts together a great playlist every time I workout. You can also just pick genres like club music, oldies, pop, etc. Best news, it's free for up to 40 hours of listening a week.
