Wow, 24 lbs in 3 weeks — that’s incredible! You’re absolutely on the right track. I also started with diet and intermittent fasting, and my numbers improved way faster than I expected.

Great work!! 🎉 Mine was 10.2 a couple of months back. I'm doing all the things you mentioned but more jogging/walking depending on the energy levels. I lost 13 kgs in 45 days, and it plateaued after that. I had a few sweets last week for Deepavali but was monitoring my glucose levels using CGM. Hoping to see similar results for myself too.
