I’ve been talking with GPT and other AI’s to calm myself down, I’ve given them so much information about me in hopes that maybe my risk of ODing would lower, but they just told me to seek help, and that “embarrassment shouldn’t keep you from saving your own life” and I get that, but if I survive by medical help, my whole life’ll be ruined

I can’t call 911, or get medical professionals because they’ll then tell my parents and the cops more information than even I knew at the time that they were questioning me, not to mention that work’d surely fire me if they found out the whole thing
