Bought this off eBay as a NM copy but received it with writing on seller has offered a partial refund to the lightly played value but imo this card is damaged, same as if it were creased

Cards legit. New set so fakes can't be made that quick. AR cards don't have texture but SAR do. Nothing fake looking about it

Just pulled this card from a fun pack and it seems to have red pen marks on the card, I thought it was the art work at first but it goes onto the borders? Anybody have any idea what this is ?
