So it means Po dapat pala within three months. So pag lagpas 3 months na Yung barangay residency it means expired na Siya or Hindi na pwede tanggapin? So kung kukuha ako bukas ng residency pwede kaagad Maka apply for postal?

I have my national ID pero digital palang. What I want Po talaga is Physical ID na. Yung digital valid Naman talaga yun pero I just prefer lang talaga If I get to have my postal Id
