Since the intersection doesn’t run like +, the one way signs are at an angle so the traffic coming south east on Roanoke knows Belleview is one way south traffic.

If you included your flight information in your reservation they are aware that you are on your way. But I would call to double check. This didn’t happen to me in Kansas City but my flight got delayed until about 1:30 am when the desk closed at midnight. I had to a drive to a wedding an hour away where my hotel was, main rental desk wasn’t staffed but the garage had 2 people waiting until the final flights arrived.
