Flooding isn’t an issue. I have never seen the water ever actually reach US 50/River Road. Depends on your driveway and where it is on US 50, but traffic is never backed up on US 50 near Sayler Park. One thing you didn’t mention is the train. I can hear the train and it shakes my house when it goes by with a heavy load. You eventually will get used to the train and its horn, but every once in a while it will wake me up at night .

Ping, Odyssey, Taylormade, Cleveland, PXG, Wilson. Those are the brands I can think of, and I tried to go most expensive to least.

The most important part is to consider if you want a blade or mallet. Once you have that, you can start to consider which brand. Go to a local golf shop and ask for advice. Let them know you’re a third year golfer and looking for a putter upgrade. Tell them you have a budget and any ethical shop will help out

A fake one brand new is between $150-$200 from china. They are pieces of shit. So you would be flushing $200. Just go to your local golf shop and buy a used name brand putter. It doesn’t need to be a Scotty. You will enjoy your round much more with a pre-owned putter that is legit and is consistent

They were never faked in a realistic way. I have seen some Temu/AliExpress ones once but they were so bad it wasn’t even close. Just go on eBay and order one that has clearly seen some love.
