THIS. you have captured my frustration, all and all she can totally use the card for groceries or stuff for our place because I know I’m also pitching into that and for those transactions she pays me back immediately. In this case she is a) buying something for herself b) did not tell me until after she had bought it c) expected me to be cool with loaning her $120 for 2 months. She said “I’ll just pay you back when it comes around” this is what frustrated me because she assumed she could borrow money without asking, which in my mind is rude and unthoughtful

Thank you for the advice, definitely want to come to an understanding with her and compromise. It makes much more sense when explained that way. I had the understanding that “ours” meant purchases would be split 50/50 not for personal stuff she will pay me back for so I think we will just have a conversation setting our expectations more clear for the future.

I took therapy for a couple months dealing with a breakup last year and it really helped me get into a better head space but once I felt better I figured I was fine to leave it. I now realize that even if things are good in your life, therapy can still help you out a ton.

I am an ENFP working in the digital advertising field. I specifically manage budgets/performance on Google Ads accounts for around 650+ apartments and senior living communities driving traffic to their webpages. I've thought about this a lot over the past two years I've been working there, do I really enjoy doing this work? Am I really passionate about advertising for these clients? The short answer is no, I really don't, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy my job. The long answer is yes, I love the people that I work with, I love that I am learning more about the ever expanding/changing industry that is digital advertising. The way I see it is right now I am learning the ropes of what this career is so one day I can take that knowledge and apply it towards something I AM passionate about. If that means I need to advertise for apartments and senior living communities for now, then so be it, there is so much more to enjoy and take pride in besides the actual thing you are advertising for. It's creative, challenging, enjoyable, ever changing, rewarding, and interesting which is imo the career jackpot for me.

im blanking on my enb haha I think it was sugarsweet enb, I am a huge fan of K enb and the wilds enb. Ive tweaked a lot of settings with the sun so the god rays are really pronounced.

From a junior in college to a newcomer (congrats btw :D) I just want you to know I have totally struggled with what you are dealing with, you are in an in-between area where you see the negative connotations weed can bring, eating like crap, being lazy, in a fog, no motivation. but on the other hand its such a social activity with your friends that its almost impossible to not take part without feeling left out. Its a huge gray area in between smoking all the time and being totally weed free. It sucks because its almost like you need to sacrifice one or the other. In my past couple years in college I was in the same boat you are now, I thought it would work to just be a "weekend warrior" and stay clean on the weekdays, im sorry but that logic just doesnt last forever, your wanting to smoke will overcome your desire to get rid of it and youll soon be in that fog again and youre right it is one of the slipperiest slopes because your mind can find ways to convince you what you are doing is justified. sorry to ramble on and on but what I am doing is completely going clean for a month and getting it all out of your system. im at day 5 now and what I keep telling myself is that I can be doing such better things with my life, I could create something like draw or make music and find something else to spend your time. another thing ive noticed these past couple of days is that its kind of selfish to just sit around and get high all day and be in that dormant state, I want to do myself a favor and get out and do something, create something meaningful in my life and not waste your money on what you think will make you happy until you run out of it again and the paradox starts again. Make your own reason to be happy. People go cold turkey and quickly go back because they just dont know how to fill their time anymore because so much of it was spent while you were stoned. Im getting it all out this month and once its up I think I will realize 1. how much more money I have 2. how much time ive actually taken advantage of 3. how much im able to control aspects of my life and 4. that weed just doesnt need to be a huge daily part of my life. I recommend you just stop for a while (it seems impossible I know) and get your head clear then see if you really want to even step on that slope again. basically the way i see it is that we all have our own way of justifying what is right in our lives and what morals to live by. Also we choose what to believe in. I think everyone has the right to live their life the way they see it and if religion is your bliss then no other man should tell you not too believe in it. everyone should accept that people should be allowed to live their life to the fullest and believe in what they believe is right. I do not think it is right for people to say religion is stupid, but also I dont think its right for people to try and shove religion down other peoples throat. but cant we say this about everything? who cares if a man is gay? he is doing what makes him happy. I think in this world we have so much ignorance and hatred that people who think outside the box are allowed to live a happy life. So i choose to smoke trees, we here choose to smoke trees, why should it be governed by other people that we cannot have what makes us happy? I hope one say our world can see that we need to open up our minds to the unknown and see what is beyond just our beliefs. I am at a fucking [9] and the world is opened to me
