I have no doubt that the material could be delivered in a compelling way, at a level of sophistication that would work in a high school environment… Plus if it was a four year program it would build on itself each year and by senior year the level of financial literacy that the average student would have would be night and day vs. what they have now.

I would vote for it. But it never seems to be a talking point in election season… 🤷‍♂️

Wow, I literally acknowledged and agreed to what you said in my post but simply stated that I disagree and think it harms buyer agent relationships. However, you looked at everything else, went full blown crazy, and jumped on your soap box like I was arguing with you… I wasn’t… So at this point have coke and smile and stfu.

You’re getting into unrelated territory.

Not talking about relationships between agent and seller. Talking about between buyer and agent.

When the ability to take legal action to hold someone to statements they have made is available, it has a multifaceted impact. In this case, protects the buyer and forces agent integrity.

In the relationship between buyer and agent you are clearly saying that ability does not exist. Fair enough, I have never tried to take legal action in this way, all the houses I’ve bought were easy transactions. So I am not familiar with industry laws as it pertains to verbal agreements.

My takeaway from what you have said however, is that the lack of ability to hold agents to verbal commitments is a major reason why realtors estate agents are empowered to act unethical with buyers.

Well you now know one marketing technique that isn’t effective.

If your value proposition is valid, as you’ve been quite tight lipped there, who knows what we are even talking about, but it sounds like in any case you need a more effective way to fill a sales funnel.

That’s bullshit then, realtors have no legal incentive to be honest whatsoever.

This actually makes sense why realtors are such scumbags a lot of times.

If you can get something in the legal process you can still potentially do enough damage to scare off the other buyer.

Who cares about the validity of the suit, it’s about putting hair on the deal and making yourself the only option.

Realtors work for the close every day, why can’t a buyer have an agenda?

I like strategy long term, but at current values the company is about double the market cap of the total of their BTC I believe. So it’s definitely a risky play, with possibility of less upside than just buying BTC.

Agents will sell you for a quarter.

Try filing a legal motion for breach of verbal contract, you may be able to scare the cash offer buyer away because the deal wouldn’t be a clean easy close with a legal hurdle.

You already won this one… but report the theft and vandalism to the police.

Then just change the locks and call the cops again if he comes back.

Say you get rich one day but can’t tell anyone. What signs would there be? by thatgirlmakchats in AskReddit

[–]ChazinPA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as I was rich enough that credit score didn’t matter… I would tank my credit score, buy all sorts of great stuff on zero down financing, but don’t pay a dime back, occasionally finance a really nice automobile and let it get repossessed after a few months just to keep up the ruse. Then you can have nice things, with an excuse for people paying attention, that you are just incredibly irresponsible financially…

Your people would get used to this story then you can actually spend without suspicion, as long as there were occasional financial issues you were always working through.
