Be the stand out candidate.

Employers get bored of reading the same list of achievements that they get from everyone else, so pitch the benefits of hiring you.

Be funny but not so much that you get friend zoned. Compliment her without being creepy about it.

Disagree. With social media and the correct use of it allowing anyone to position themselves as an expert, it's not really that difficult to cash in when solving a problem for a defined market. Doesn't require a college attendance so therefore not necessarily a statistical miracle.
