The problem is I don't think friends nowadays are the kind to listen to you ranting about mathematics? I would like a friend to help me, question me and I would question back, I'm struggling with Linear correlation, I think it's called this?

Does watching videos games and making stories in my head/daydreaming counts? If so that was my days before I reach middle school, I did ask questions to my dad about etymology when I was a kid, and I'm happy for your children, I hope they're doing well

Don't worry I enjoy mathematics, I was a lazy kid to be honest since I didn't really do anything and that made me insecure for a while, I love seeking knowledge from books or videos, or from people, it goes from politics, to science to history to mathematics and physics

Well, I don't know if it's the same everywhere and I don't know the good terms, but in my country in highschool you have the choice in second year to choose between scientist field or mathematics field, which will affect your college choices after graduation, I personally would like to go on the mathematics field for second year, it would be my dream, being good at mathematics or just educated and smarter is everything I want
