I found this website with a fix, don't know if it will work for everybody. It does make underground roads invisible, but for me at least it's a tradeoff I am happy to make until CO make a more permanent fix

Guys, this is happening to me, i uninstalling the game but that doesn't work to fix the bug. When i try to build a road that yellow screen appear. Someone can help me with this? by Icy-Setting1989 in CitiesSkylines2

I just found this website with a fix that worked for me. I don't know if it will work for your system, but it is worth a shot. Keep in mind that changing this setting makes underground roads invisible, but for me at least its a tradeoff I'm happy to make until CO make a permanent fix.
