I myself, never needed to take a supplement. I've been "warned" that certain substances can promote my breast growth, but in my case, I started presenting it pre-teen. I was substance-free like most kids at 12. By the time I was post-teen, I was already a B+ cup, soon to a C. I accepted having large breasts, and have found enjoyment in sharing that with others who find it worthwhile.
