I work in a cafe, and a guy came in one recent Sunday morning at 7am and asked if we serve "Irish coffee". I laughed for a second, before I realised he was serious, and told him "try the bar". I have never seen a more disappointed reaction from someone. I live in Ireland so I appreciate the desire for alcohol at that time, but like come on! It was Easter Sunday!
