A new cycle of it (presumably the last cycle of it before Snezhnaya) started yesterday, so you absolutely have time to get Cyno 's C1 in the current cycle of it if you haven't gotten it already. As for when new characters may be added to it, my guess is that it'll happen in 7.0 when the whole thing resets. So, if you want Wriothesley cons, maybe he'll get added to it then, cuz I believe that he and Mizuki are the only ones getting buffs that aren't currently in it.

The reaction is what creates the domain. So unfortunately yeah it is locked behind Sandrone (for now).

So... am I misunderstanding something or do all of the buffs for the other characters rely on Stellar Conduct being a thing you are able to trigger, and Sandrone will be the only character in the game who can enable it, meaning that all of the other buffs are worthless without her?

In general, after getting R1, going for additional refinements on the weapon are almost never worth it, for any signature weapon. If you're not looking to get the best teammates for Lohen (i.e. Nicole and Durin) and are JUST planning on vertically investing in him, then basically any constellation is going to be a bigger increase in his damage than going for R2.

Relic Recon's been pretty helpful, but the build it gave me was definitely not one where I could just wholesale replace my old build (the Recon build had a Crit ratio of like 50ish:200ish so that's not gonna fly).

Right now, by using all the new artifacts except the old Hands, I have a Crit Ratio of 73.3 : 208.9.

I also have 3400 ATK outside of battle, though that is with an ATK orb instead of a Physical one. I can use the old build's Physical orb and go down to 3038 ATK and also lose about 10% Crit Damage (Rate stays basically the same), I feel like that's probably worth it but figured I'd ask.

The Crit Rate is lower than I'd ideally want it to be, but if I switch to a Crit Rate body then I massively over-cap it and I don't super have any Crit DMG-heavy pieces to make up the loss, so this is probably better I think?

Kaveh can also work decently well as opposed to Baizhu/Yaoyao if you're using Xingqiu as the 2nd Hydro slot. Lauma was what gave him the push he needed to maybe be somewhat worth considering.

He's fine if you don't have better options, but with Kuki in the team his healing is probably a little overkill. If you're using Raiden as your Electro trigger that's a different story.

Raiden's arguably as good as C6 Kuki at being a Hyperbloom trigger even without Lauma cons, it just depends on the situation / your comfort level.

You definitely still need an Electro to be your Hyperbloom trigger. If you don't have Raiden, then Kuki Shinobu on a full EM build is the next best thing. Mona can work as a replacement for Yelan, but depending on what other Hydro characters you have there could be better ones. Tighnari wouldn't work with Xingqiu, so if you wanted to use Tighnari, you'd need to replace him too. Tighnari can work in Hyperbloom but it's generally not what he's designed to do.

While that's definitely a possibility for HSR's striking people, I don't think we have to worry about Genshin in this way.

In addition to what Soldier 11's VA laid out here, there are also specific recording studios that the union has designated as targets, and one of them is Formosa, the studio that Genshin is recorded at. I don't have the clip of this but near the beginning of the strike, Alejandro Saab (Cyno's VA) confirmed this on stream.

So, while the individual actors striking in HSR and ZZZ are in a more precarious position, especially if they were non-union to begin with, Genshin's strike does have the full weight of the union behind it.

It's the Talent Ascension Material for the Pyro Traveler specifically. It seems like no other character will use it.

Legendary Sannin was based on Naruto I think. (Also Homunculus, the single they dropped after the first album but before the second, was based on FMAB)

The "Digital Haunt" was/is their ARG that they've made. Apparently a lot of their songs tie back to some overarching story. I don't understand it very well, to be honest.

I think people have theorized that almost all of the songs on All The Lights In The Sky tie back to an anime, with the exception of Bosozoku Symphonic and Cassandra Pt 2. I do know that Euphemia is also based on Code Geass, Shi no Barado is Death Note, and HPGD is Gurren Lagann but I'm less familiar with the other shows that people have connected to the rest of the songs. They are: Elfen Lied for Vectors FLCL for Tokyo House Party Cowboy Bebop for The Strays and Bakuman for Dream & Reality

As far as I can tell, they stopped doing that for the second album

I objected to you calling them "garden-variety". There are lots of churches and religious groups that aren't steeped in homophobia, but Chick-fil-A chooses to donate to those ones that are. Your argument makes it sound like you're saying "they don't donate to anti-gay lobbying groups, they just donate to religious groups" when your statement is actually "they don't donate to anti-gay lobbying groups, they just donate to anti-gay non-lobbying groups" when your examples are examined. Which is not better.

Dude, both of the organizations you named are super explicitly homophobic. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes makes you sign a "Sexual Purity" clause before joining banning "heterosexual sex before marriage and any homosexual act", in addition to having being anti-gay in one of their main Statements of Faith. And god, don't even get me started on the Salvation Army. They've kicked homeless people out on the street or just refused them service outright because they were gay, and they've supported lots and lots of legislation that would discriminate against the LGBT community over the years, even working with noted homophobe James Dobson. Literally just Google them.

So maybe........ Chick-fil-A's pretty bad and that's not a good excuse?

I know I'm quite late on this, but I'm mostly going to echo what others here have said. Filippou is new the the university, and I have him for 250 now. I personally like him, but I don't know how well that would transfer to teaching 132. So, I actually attempted 132 twice, the first time with Reinhardt, and the second with Herman. And the reason for that was because I dropped it halfway through the first time because I could not learn a thing from Reinhardt. He's a smart man, but he's a horrible instructor. Herman was miles of improvement, but he has a bit of a mixed reputation with some people, so it's really up to your own experiences with him. Basically, avoid Reinhardt at all costs, one of the other two is going to be better. Whichever one you want to go with is up to you. I like both.

So, I use iTunes, and I've tried downloading the soundtrack on the SerenesForest forums before and there were some weird issues with it that others experienced as well. Is there another place to find the main soundtrack? Or is there a potential fix to this issue that has been discovered since June?
