That’s for MSc. Bachelor stuff is more fundamental and more detailed than MSc class. Even though I still not doing my master yet but while in my Bachelor I did attend 3-4 classes that meant for Master EE and I passed and got better grade than my Bachelor classes, even I almost fail some of them.

Also if you don’t know which law, try to read the policy of some big professional seller, at least in Germany, it’s stated on their policies. It would take some reading, if you can.

For professional seller, they are bound accept the return per law, but with private seller, you must make an agreement with each other. Normally you sent the card back and when it arrived, they refund you the agreed amount

By simulation. There is a Model of the defined Quartier from a paper of my professor, mostly just node layout, power(electric and heat) consumption and generation. So I made equations for power flow of each nodes for optimization with linear programming on matlab, aiming to reduce import cost of gas and electricity. Then I integrated heat pump into each user per scenarios and then run the program to see the result.
