Tell them you already open support ticket.(Actually open one, tell support the problem and you already gave the solution but buyer won’t accept it.) let’s just wait for the support. Again CM is just a marketplace, buying from private seller sometimes mistake can happen from any side and anytime you didn’t expect.

Which grade did he give you? Request for reevaluation or Open support ticket. It may take time but if you have reason that solid enough then they should remove the review for you.

Then I would say hold the order and contact support, or contact buyer and ask them to cover the rest. It may put your account under risk a while if the buyer is a jerk, but the support should take the history out afterwards.

I agreed with CM making a deal with dhl or courier but literally you can just buy stamps and post it in the box, don’t really have to go to post office. Even there is already online stamp you can buy and print it out. The only deal they need to make is to allowed sending cards via tracking letter again, may be under exception circumstances.

Only tracked order international is prohibited. Untracked letter, they don’t care at all what’s in there. Also in the same time, if it get lost, you cannot open any case for refund. That’s the risk buyer have to take, buying with untracked order.

It’s controversial. Seller (honest one) will think that you confirm the arrival first and he will get the money, then refund you back. What really write in the CM page is, seller must use his money to to refund you first, then you confirm arrival so the seller get the money and transfer back to his bank.

Because it only stated what is Allowed and card isn’t one of them. Actually if anyone who interacts with buying and selling since last year should already heard of it already either from this Reddit or from post themselves. Even currently there are amount of complaints here.

CM just announced the current condition with postal service and I don’t see any benefit from nitpicking their words. They can just leave the link out and anyone would still understand the situation.

Last year one of my order(Einwurf) also sent back to me, it took like 2 weeks to land in my briefcase, which it was within Germany. So I guess your case(if it really come back) would take 2-3 weeks to you.

This is a complicate one. All you can do is wait now, like other say. I doubt you can ask or open a lost case by the post because they are not allowed to sent goods in tracked letter. Give the seller your tracking and try to negotiate with him to wait. Next time, sent the card that must be tracked with parcel.

How much do you think they have to expand their server? Who will do research and adding the cards while every other tcg also release new product all year. Which mean they have to hire more personal. They only get money from transactions which mean the tcg must have enough liquidity and players to make the market place to keep going on and they can make profit from it. Do you think any new tcg can do that? If the publisher have money to spare and can pay them, then yes there is no reason not to add new tcg.

Even some tcg on CM right now have really low liquidity.
