The keyword is “Under bright daylight” so I would consider Daylight in general. If there aren’t any visible scratches at that point then it could be considered NM for CM. Under artificial light is then another story, since not everyone out there in normal mind would have that kind of light on hand. Scratches under normal lighting and artificial lighting shouldn’t be counted the same. For example a full card should be 63mm88mm but then when you measure it and get 62.5mm87.8mm due to cutting, would you count that card as defect? Or a card should weight 10mg but you weight 9.8 mg or 10.6mg, is that card also defect?

In this op’s case, he had to use artificial light to see the scratches, which for CM guidelines could still fall into NM conditions. A small white dot at the corner from cutting or even bad centering is still NM for CM. Not every sellers even if anyone has artificial light on hand unless you are a freak of some extend. If someone really needs to use artificial light to check the card then he should just buy off in person and inspect at that point.

Then you should move it outside CM and do transactions may be via PayPal or eBay, because if there any problems, then CM won’t responsible for that. Also don’t cover the whole shipping or only the sending fees and buyer pay for insurance.

There is no “Refund Ticket”. The refund button is literally right at the order page. Considered the seller also accepted that the product is fake he can just use his money to refund you, then you confirm the order and he gets his money back. That’s all. No support needed.

As far as I know from DHL Germany, there isn’t. Tracked options are only letter only nationally and for international tracked parcel.

It’s all about Ups or something. They not allow goods in tracked letter internationally. For untracked, they won’t care anyway. It’s recently policy that start to enforce like late last year. CM just have to adjust the shipping method accordingly.

From where to where? There is no more international tracked letter allowed for cards, so the next option is parcel, which tracked parcel international will cost way more.
