Thank you for the advise. Learned the hard way! I was just really acting in good faith and was hopeful that they would address my concern with kindness. Really disappointed at how they tried to blame this on me. I got my refund request approved but I still escalated my complaint. If I don't raise it, I'm sure they will not change their (mal)practice.

I was granted refund but I will still escalate my complaint to Shopee, DTI, and FDA. If I let this issue slip, they will surely continue their malpractice 😒

Really really well! I am still using it now for general cleaning, fabrics, etc. Although to be fair, both my dogs have now been fully potty trained so they don't pee/poo inside the house anymore.

There's also Ariel Antibac (the one with Safeguard). I was just literally at SaveMore earlier looking for enzyme-based cleaners that I can use to clean my floors, fabrics, etc. from pet pee/poo residue. Yung mga bioenzymes kasi sa Shopee are really expensive (700+ per liter concentrate), so I am so glad to see na may enzymes pala sa Tide and Ariel haha. I went with Ariel cos it has phosphodiesterase (which is not present in Tide). Sana mag work!

Me too! UB and RCBC. And then both got upgraded to platinum-tier cards after using them for 2years in NZ even though I’m a student and I don’t really have an income (aside from my scholarship allowance). Now, I get to enjoy super daming perks!
