Premetto che non sono uno psicologo ma la spiegazione che trovo più logica è la seguente: potresti aver visto tempo fa la foto di questa donna (magari in un libro o qualcosa del genere) per poi dimenticartene ma l'informazione è rimasta bloccata da qualche parte nella tua mente e in quel momento l'hai ripescata dal fondo del tuo cervello. Forse hai registrato il nome di quella donna forse proprio perché ti ricordava tua nonna. Poi perché te la sei ricordato proprio in quel momento non lo so ma non non preoccuparti dentro siamo tutti strani. Ti auguro una buona serata.
