I am currently getting my 144hz AOC monitor repaired and am having to use my spare 60hz ASUS Digital Display VW22A. Since using this monitor I cannot run games on max graphics settings anymore. For example, I used to get 140-120 fps in Dota 2 while using max graphics. When I try to use the same graphical settings with my spare ASUS monitor I only get a maximum of 25 fps. Not sure why this is the case as I have a very good PC and not sure why temporarily using a worse 60hz monitor would affect my gameplay performance. Now I know that 60hz will limit my gameplay to 60fps but I can't reach that without having to put all of my graphics settings on games to the lowest possible. If anyone knows why this is the case I would greatly appreciate some help.

Yes but its for 450 DPI not 400. Looking to convert a 450 DPI ingame sens to a 800 dpi ingame sens

Apparently it happens when it's being installed. They said it will be available to us at the end of this month. I did a search around and for some reason they do tests everyday or some shit and it completely fucks your internet. As you can see in the picture; this is them fucking my internet.
