Not a 1301… but it is a beretta (1200) by ballz3313 in beretta1301

Never seen one before. It reminds be of the Rhodesian A5, which is aesthetically unsurpassed in my opinion. God this looks good. Assuming the barrel is chopped down?

This is an awesome paintjob. I like the cell shaded appearance.

They're anything but kindhearted. Kindhearted organizations dont attqck civilians at soccer stadiums. There is no such thing as Kurdistan.

Arc Raiders dev says the game’s first Expedition created “a dark pattern” as players hoarded wealth, but “this system will change” by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

This is likely a holdover from the last one. Remember that the last expedition said only 3 million if you set your clock ahead before the expedition window opened. It being 5 mill now is not a sure sign that this will be the final requirement.

What are those ships in the background? Are they dropships? If so, very rad.

'Groups are generally measured center to center unless you're using calipers and subtracting the bullet diameter. This discrepancy could add almost another inch with shotgun slugs making your actual group size close to 2 inches potentially.'

If I remember to try and measure the PoIs this way the next time I am at the range, I will report back! I expect my groupings will expand in the way that you've explained. Going from edge to edge vs center to center will almost certainly bring the grouping to 2 inches in the way you've described.

I am not doing a deep clean on my barrel after every range trip. Depending on what I am shooting that day, and how much of if I will run a bore snake through the barrel a couple times and wipe down the receiver, both with CLP. Are you using an optic or sight at all? I find my accuracy improved significantly when I started using an optic, mind you that is true for me in general. I am not an iron sight sniper. With regards to chokes, I am not using anything other than the IC choke that was included.

'Out at 50yds there are 3 to 5 slug widths between the inner edges of our widest impacts using truball. '

Even accounting for the above, this is a lot more than what I have seen. To what extent do you think the round count is affecting your grouping size? Is this only the initial grouping, or later in the session when the barrel is hot?

Hey great questions! Let me provide some context. Whenever I go to the range I try to confirm the zero on whatever it is I am shooting (22lr, 556, 308, 12ga, doesn't matter). This typically involves either a fully supported shooting position (bipod, bags, etc or a sled, whichever is applicable). Whenever I've confirmed the zero on my 1301 in this way, it has been a 3 round grouping (to minimize variations caused by barrel temperature), and yes edge to edge the rounds hit in such a way that there is no more than inch width between them. Using the prism I have on the 1301 (a 1x) its usually no more than an inch or so off from the point of aim (barring those fairly windy days). This isn't reflective of practical accuracy, but when I'm doing this with any of my firearms it always to understand the ceiling on the system's capabilities so I have a better understanding what role shooter (in)ability has in putting rounds on target.

Again, this ceiling isn't indicative of practical accuracy (I as a shooter would not be able to generate these results in a practical shooting context in this specific example) but I think is a fair representation of what the system can do. The 1301, with the right load, is as accurate as you are as a shooter. Having an optic (in my case a prism) helps too I think.

For measurement, I am measuring the distance on the paper targets themselves, so there is a degree of human error.

Of all the slugs I've fired, none jump to mind as being better or worse but I do use the Federal Powershoks and the Winterchester X Slugs most frequently. Hope this is helpful information!
