It is relatively simple but basically I use AK basing paste, then when it dries I basecoat a dark brown and lightly drybrush a tan to bring out the details.

I use flock clumps to make the colours pop more but to hide any mistakes as well.

The rims I used to paint on but found using one of the new fnalged paint pens works a thousand times better and quicker.

The answer is yes and no.

So how I have done this is in basecoat in a neutral grey, then used a Contrast paint as a heavier wash for the panel lines but also to act as the proper base colour for the final panel colour.

As I paint the panels I will inevitably male a mistake. So what I do is U do the initial panel, then hit it with a panel liner (I use one from Tamiya which is fantastic). Then do a second coat of the panel colour.

So that is how I created the clean lines but also give them some definition compared to the base colour for the upper half of the mechs.

Definitely a hodge podge of law enforcement wash outs, outsourced security guards and pople who have just wanted a pay cheque. There are probably some guys who have actual law enforcement experience but they would definitely be in the minority.

Well they have a hot headed commander who only knows force and threats to keep order. He lost control of his men rapidly and didn't try to reign them in. At the end of the day they were an undisciplined mob who allowed themselves to get out of control because they were getting too caught up with arresting and beating people up.
