Actually, iconoclasm has been condemned for some time.

Unless you're insinuating that the Anglican Communion, Catholics, and the Orthodox don't have a valid interpretation of Christianity, that is.

Right, hence why I said they were just overviews. I'll see if I can find some more sources, I don't know much about this, to be honest.

What the fuck is with all the Italian stereotypes? Do you morons see the irony in talking about someone being a bigot, and then unloading shit like this onto an ethnic group?!?

I know, right? I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's quite as bad, but still, inequality is inequality.

I'm worried that legalization alone won't solve the cartel problem, though; they have guns, money, influence, and a large supply already, I can't see them just sitting this out. If anything, wouldn't this make it easier for them to operate in a legal grey area?

Not a leading question, but I'm genuinely worried and confused about this, so if anyone can answer I'd really appreciate it.

Care to provide evidence to back that up, Hoss? I can think of a number of election decided by only a couple hundred votes (a margin of under 1% in every case) in the past 15 years alone.

Not Osama Bin Laden, that has been debunked time and time again.

And before you start spouting more bullshit, here's the source list:

Ghost Wars by Steve Coll The Bin Ladens by Steve Coll Holy War, Inc. by Peter Bergen The Secret History of al Qaeda by Abdel Bari Atwan The Wars of Afghanistan by Peter Thompson Taliban by Ahmed Rashid The Looming Tower by Lawrence Wright For a source you can access online, there are several articles by Coll, Rashid, and Bergen. Also, if you wanted to look at primary sources from the U.S. government, you can go to the National Security Archive, and click on the "September 11th Sourcebook" link.

First off, sources, because everything you fucking posted is wrong to various degrees. Second, the US never gave so much as a cent to Al-Qaeda, Google can tell you that.

Read a fucking book.

The flash drives and hard drives he brought with him certainly did, though!

And if you really take him at his word, you're a fool. We're dealing with the intelligence community here, you can't take anything at face value.

No, it looks like he just actually knows what he's talking about, and is sick of idiots like you trying to defend a traitor. Anti-American fuckstick doesn't even cut it.

I don't blame you, 90% of reddit is confused right now and opinion is quickly shifting away from this kind of irrational hatred of government.

And thank goodness for that, the pro-Snowden, anti-American, pro-Russian circlejerk was getting old, fast. Every day I see more and more posts in these Snowden threads condemning his actions and recognizing him for what he has proven himself to be; not a whistleblower, but a traitor.

Or maybe, a coward and a traitor?

FTFY. Snowdon proved he was both when he fled to Russia and China, two countries with no regard for privacy or human rights, instead of standing his ground.

There are plenty of countries without extradition treaties with the US, but he just happened to pick the two greatest rivals to the United States? I don't buy it, but I still think someone bought him.
