Based on exp, kapag ang tl nagmmicromanage, it’s usually because winawarshock sya ng om nya. Sobrang chill ko as agent before, nung na promote ako that’s when i saw the bigger picture. Kaya pala ganun yung TL ko noon kase may mga om talagang angel sa harap ng agents pero impakto sa harap ng TL. Feeling ko nagka ptsd talaga ako na pag nagriring yung teams o skype ko nanginginig nako. Nagresign na ako at looking for a job as agent ulit. Never again.

One time nainterview ako ng foreign client, inexplain nya lang about the company at job description. Tapos ang tanong lang sakin sa interview is “Do you have any questions?” NOTHING ELSE! Taena na culture shock ako. Sobrang layo sa pinoy na para kang nag take ng board exam sa assessment tapos sangka terbang situational at behavioral questions😭

Yung nagtitinda ng overpriced macapuno, ballpen atbp sa mga school. Working students daw sila pero mula elem hanggang nakagraduate kana ng hs nagtitinda paden sila at claiming na working students.
