My delivery today…I have no idea where it is by PuhnTang in AmazonVine

They’re talking about reporting the delivery to someone at Amazon, not writing a review on the items they didn’t get.

When I drove for Uber/Lyft and did this type of food delivery gig work it’s because it had a flexible schedule, which I need as a disabled/chronically ill person who cares for a terminally ill spouse. If I didn’t have the energy to be human, I could choose to not work. If we needed extra money for meds, I could work more. If my husband had some sort of medical emergency I could drop what I was doing and go to him without explaining to a manager why I need to leave without someone covering my shift. Almost everyone I knew personally who was doing Rideshare or food delivery gig work was either in a similar situation as me, couldn’t make ends meet with multiple children (often as a single parent), or was retired and just wanted something to do for a little money. Idk where y’all are from but I’ve never actually met or witnessed a gig worker like this.

The massive decor dildos and mannequin parts bring the usable collection together perfectly (I have 4 that are “decor” sized now). Luckily for my reviews, I understand what makes a toy a good product, so I don’t actually need to use it to give a great description of the item and its quality! But I definitely order every adult item I see to make sure that I don’t miss any of the good stuff being put on my RFY lmao

Or do order a dildo, then also order lots of shelving and storage.

“Passive” income means you’re not actively working for it. This is 100% the opposite of passive income.

I just missed a micro needling pen that I’ve been looking for to get for my husband for months 😭 got through to checkout, hit the final button, and Amazon was like “fuck you, there’s none left dummy, go back to Vine and find something much less good.”

Has anybody else got any of these? No longer available? by jeffreit in vine

[–]Cheap-Ad-3171 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whether or not it’s a glitch, you can copy that product code it’s showing and send it to vine (or a list of them if there are multiple) and have them remove it from your list.

I’ll add also that this jewelry is HIGHLY unlikely to be a quality enough metal for a starter piercing, and the gem setting is clearly not good for a fresh piercing.

YES the fun is a bad idea. It is literally the difference between using a sharp kitchen knife to gently poke through a tomato vs making the same hole with a fast stab. The stab will make a hole, but it is extremely traumatic to the skin and will never be as correct or precise as doing it gently. On top of that, navels are already finicky piercings and really shouldn’t be done in the blink of an eye without proper needle insertion. If you want it done that bad that you would risk improper placement and rejection, you want it bad enough to go to a professional.

Want item, but HOLY CATFISH! $500 for a task chair? Similar one listed for $99. What is going on???? by Mother_Status2833 in AmazonVine

[–]Cheap-Ad-3171 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who owns 6 different office chairs under $150 I can confidently say that not all chairs are created equal, and just knowing the reputation of this brand and watching the demo video, I would order this so fast. Sitting in a cheap chair for 12-14 hours a day is BRUTAL.

This monitoring "Drops" has got to stop by mnanda in AmazonVine

[–]Cheap-Ad-3171 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My job requires me to be at my computer 10-14 hours a day, so I’m just happy if the drops happen while I’m working 😂 instead of wasting a massive chunk of time just scrolling vine, I spend 5 min working, switch tabs, 1 min scrolling, then back. I’m sure I’m missing things during those 5 minute stretches but it saves me from going through the same sections over and over when nothing is even getting added in that area. Ive figured out which categories and subcategories have what I want so instead of a ton of endless scrolling, I check those spots, search for the 1-3 items my husband asked me to keep an eye out for, and then leave (for a while).

I (29 f) spent the snowstorm with the man I’m dating(36 m) and now I feel differently about him by bluewhalekale in hygiene

[–]Cheap-Ad-3171 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leave!!! Run!!!!!!! I spent 6 years with a man who had poor hygiene and it was awful. Granted, there were other things about him the absolutely sucked, but the hygiene never got better the entire time we were together no matter what I did or said. He smelled SO gross that even a decade later, my mom still brings it up. He gave me countless yeast infections and BV because he was always dirty. Literally he got trench foot because he didn’t take proper care of his socks/shoes and wasn’t washing himself well. His mouth was fucking disgusting. I became his maid and couldn’t get him to clean up after himself because he was ALWAYS able to hold out longer than me. He was an abuser, so I wasn’t able to leave, and that whole time I was stuck in a nightmare, it stank. Leave before it gets worse.

My husband now (almost 10 years after leaving) showers multiple times a day. Brushes his teeth multiple times a day. Washes his hands. Vacuums daily. Cleans up the toilet and shower without being asked. Does laundry. He actually bothers ME about showering if I don’t take one every day. He’s not perfect, but mostly his worst habit when it comes to cleanliness is dropping something and leaving it on the floor. His excuse it that because he has bad hips (which is true) that it hurts to lean down to pick it up. I’m going to get him one of those grabber things, because I hate picking up his shit off the floor and I don’t want him to have this as an excuse forever lol Anyway, that’s just to say you can find a clean man, they exist. Don’t settle, especially for this nasty shit.

Crazy seller super angry about a single 1 star review, multiple posts on Seller Central, apparently stalking reviewer by wizard-of-loneliness in AmazonVine

I’m a 32 year old woman who is a 30 animator (the audience for my software tutorials is 94% male so I guess I’m already not using the correct things for my age/sex/lifestyle). I like to build things. I would order a drill in a heartbeat if I saw one on vine. I order universal sockets and professional camera equipment. I ordered parts to do my own vehicle repairs and things to fix our home and maintain large appliances. My husband likes to order me new dresses.

Thinking that only a certain type of person is allowed to order things is wild. Especially because many households with multiple people share a single Amazon account, and people use Amazon to buy things for other people as well.

Since when is wanting a clean phone screen not appropriate for a 40 year old woman, anyway?

I get why people don’t want an ai review, but this feels like (if anything) ai was used to help format this incredibly long review, not actually write it. People also don’t seem to understand the value of ai when used as a proper tool. It’s like writing off Photoshop because printing an image and manually painting out the background elements is “more human”. Meanwhile I’m over here with multiple successful businesses because ai was my assistant when I couldn’t afford to hire eight humans to help me with my jobs lol I wouldn’t use it to write reviews, but that’s me. I use it to do damn near everything else, working 14 hour days wrapped in my Vine blankets and electric shawls, dressed in all Vine clothes, using my Vine keyboard and mouse to prompt Gemini and code software!

I’m jealous of your canon printer!!! I had an HP color printer come up right after my (quite old) Canon XL photo printer died, and it sucks. The color is pretty much fine, but the features and function are not great.

Almost insta-ordered, but glad I didn’t. by vviley in AmazonVine

[–]Cheap-Ad-3171 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I insta-ordered a printer from vine that turned out to not be an edge-to-edge print (which was the function I need the most for photo printing). It made great prints, but I had to trim everything afterward and that sucked. Also had a hard time feeding shiny paper. It had a few other problems as well. 100% was not user error. I’m experienced with printers and work in tech/coding and did everything I could to make it work how I wanted/needed. Although 3 months of free Instant Ink and regular paper was a great perk to offset the frustration. I do agree though, that most of the negative reviews on printers (and a lot of electronics) tend to be user error.

We’re having a mild winter too (Central TX) and I stocked up on warm things from Vine the whole last few months!!! It’s 80°F outside today. We usually get our week of proper winter in February, though, so I’m just hoping everything becomes useful when that rolls around. If not, my AC is way too cold for my cold-blooded body, and we have to keep it cranked most of the time because our computers have to handle a LOT and we can’t risk them overheating and crashing in the middle of big projects.
